How long will it take for My order to arrive?

Each Order is custom printed and framed for the customer, so it will usually take about 7 days to get to you from the day you place your order but it can be up to 14 days depending on our order volume. 

Do I need to do anything different if I'm ordering as a gift?

No because historically we’ve had many people order as gifts we have decided on not including an invoice in the box for any of our orders. Your invoice will be emailed to you as soon as you place your order.

What do I do if my order is lost or damaged in shipping?

In the rare case where either of these occur your course of action will be to reach out to us at jacob@photographicmemory.store. We’ll get you squared away with a new print within 24 hours of your email to us.

Is there a way to expedite the delivery process?

Because every order is custom printed and framed for the customer we don't offer an expedited delivery process.

What's the best framing hardware to use for hanging my print?

We include the necessary hardware for framing inside every box so there is no need to buy your own.

What Exactly is a “Story Pouch”?

Because of our basis not only of the quality of the print and frame but also of the backstory of how the photograph came to be we include a printed exclusive version of each prints story housed inside an envelope attached to the back of each frame.

How are your frames made?

All of our framing is handcrafted in the United States by our framing partner. See our “Framing” page in the top bar of our site for more information on the process.
